Message	We broke down and tried the etch and even it did not last more than a year or so. You have to clean the hell out of the floor and then acid etch it then apply a 2 part finish. It looked great, but still did not last. We wheel floor jack and stuff around all the time and I just don't think anything will stand up to it. Our first building still looks the best. Ultra slick concrete finish with a generic clear concrete sealer on it. It stains a little bit, but it still is ice smooth and has the best look when it is cleaned up.
